1. Packages and Pricing:
Price for each photography session is determined individually and can vary, depending on photographer's current workload, location of photoshoot, required props, and other important details.
2. Payment Terms:
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required via Venmo upon scheduling. The remaining balance of the selected package is to be settled at the commencement of the photoshoot.
3. Usage Rights:
We believe in showcasing our craft and may utilize selected images for promotional purposes on social media, our website, or other platforms.
4. Editing Policy:
The artistry of our work lies in the meticulous editing process. Therefore, clients are respectfully requested not to alter the final edited photos provided by the photographer.
5. Cancellation Policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, please note that the $50 deposit is non-refundable.In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will serve as compensation for the reserved time slot.
6. Late Arrival Policy:
Time is precious, and punctuality ensures a seamless experience for all parties involved. If the client is delayed by more than 30 minutes, the photoshoot may regrettably need to be rescheduled or canceled.
7. Rescheduling and Flexibility:
Your convenience is paramount to us. In the rare instance where the photographer is unable to attend the scheduled photoshoot or if the proposed reschedule time is unsuitable for you, we will gladly discuss options for refunding the deposit.
